Traditional Marketing

As soon as you list your home with me, I will enter your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. Other Comox Valley real estate agents can immediately access your property information by computer. Plus, your property will be included in any printed MLS books. I will also regularly publish your property in full colour in the RE/MAX flyer which is circulated through the entire Comox Valley area.

When you think about it, there are several other homes for sale in the Comox Valley that are competing with your home. I will help you price your home competitively to attract qualified buyers. The way I do this is by generating a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report, which will show you a range of prices being paid for homes like yours.

 

After reviewing all of the information together I will make price reccomendations to meet your specific goals. This price can range dramatically depending on wether you are looking for the quickest sale or the best possible price. Most people choose something in the middle, but ultimately the price we work with is up to you.
